Designing, Research & Development
R&D and produced by using car manufacturing technology (CAD/CAM/CAE) from 30 designing Computer Fluid Dynamic (CFD), Finite Element Method (FEM) and forming simulation for all body & structure parts
Selection of Advanced Materials
Used high strength aluminum 5083 H116 which has upto 4 times higher strength, new spec of aluminum composition that has strength equivalent to steel, combination of aluminum, super steel and advance high strength steel (AHSS), floating material and fire resistant material.
Aluminum Forming and Extrusion
Aluminum stamping is done using high technology dies and aluminum extrusion using injection process to produce the highest quality parts of all shapes and sizes of body part including the desired frame for the structure of cars, boats and trains.
Assembly, Automation and Quality Control
Using jig fixture to control all dimension, MIG/ TIG aluminum welding technology with welders certified by Lloyd's Register Class, Robot spot welding, dissimilar joining of metals including advance adhesive technology, and final quality inspection using high-end measuring instruments including Camera Scan, CMM Tabel etc.
